

What are your delivery areas?
The link on the side of this page titled "Delivery Area" lists all of the cities and areas that we
deliver to. If you do not see your area please ask as we may deliver to that area but missed it
in our list. We can deliver to many other areas not listed, but there may be an extra delivery
charge.
When should I order?
The sooner you order the better. We take reservations several weeks and months in advance
and lock those dates on our calendar, but we will do our best to accommodate you for your last
minute needs. The sooner you call us, the better chance we have of getting your stork out
when you need it.
What is this "bundle"?
The baby bundle hangs from the stork's beak. On it, we list your baby's name, weight, length,
and date of birth. At the end of the rental period, we leave the bundle on the front porch as a
keepsake for the new parents. Please see the pictures on the "Our Storks" page on this site.
Do you offer stork rentals for adoptions?
Absolutely! We are glad to announce any new member of your family. We will work with you for
the perfect greeting for your special bundle of love.
Does somebody need to be at home when the sign arrives?
No. We will take care of everything. The only assistance we may need is if the delivery is in a
gated community. In this case, we will either need a gate code, or somebody to "buzz" us in
(neighbors are great candidates for this job).
Do you deliver to apartments, townhouses, or condos?
Typically we just sell you the "bundle" to hang on your door. If there is ample room in front of
your unit we will deliver the whole stork and the bundle for your rental period.
What does your price include?
Each stork rental includes set-up, rental, and removal of the storks. At some locations, an
additional delivery fee may apply. All 5, 7, and 10 day stork rentals also include the keepsake
bundle as a memento for the new parents.
Can I water and mow my lawn?
Yes. Continue to water and mow your lawn as you normally would. We only ask that you not
use a string trimmer around the base of all our signs.
Will the sign damage my lawn?
No. The sign's support only leaves a small hole in the lawn, which we tamp down and repair
when we come to remove the signs.
What if I want to move a sign?
If you would like to move the sign please let us know and we will do it for you. A delivery fee
may apply for each time we come out to move the lawn display. We cannot be held responsible
for any damage to people or property if you try to move our sign.
What is your refund policy?
You WILL receive a refund of rental fees if you cancel your order 48 hours in advance.
We are very easy to work with so we will most likely just try again at a later time if we are given
a wrong address, a gated community will not allow us in, or if your dog will not allow us on the
property. We are here to make you happy! If we are out more than twice and still are unable
to deliver for reasons out of our control, then we cannot issue a refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, cash, or check. Payment must
be received before the lawn announcement is delivered.
